Wine yeast medium is an indispensable product for home production of fruit, grape and cereal wines. In order to develop properly, wine yeast needs, apart from a source of sugar, nitrogen and phosphorus compounds, which the fruit of our climatic zone is poor in, as well as vitamins, mainly from the B group. Thanks to the application of Soylent with vitamin B1, we obtain proper multiplication of yeast, fast start of fermentation and full attenuation of sugar contained in fruit and added during wine production. Vitamin B1 stimulates the growth of the yeast and is a strong activator of fermentation, i.e. it ensures a faster start. The compounds contained in the nutrient solutions are used entirely by the yeast during its multiplication and fermentation, so they will not affect the taste and aroma of the wine. A 10 g pack is sufficient for 25 L of the fermentation medium! It is recommended to use the medium in the proportion of 1 g per 1.5-2.5 L of the setting. The medium is extremely easy to use - however, it should not be added directly to the yeast inoculation! Directions for use: Use at a ratio of 1g of Soylent per 1.5-2.5L of must. The contents of the bag are sufficient for 15-25 L of must. The recommended amount of nutrient solution should be dosed in three equal portions: I - before inoculation with yeast, II - after 2-3 days of fermentation, III - after approx. 10 days, when must °Blg drops to 8-12. Dissolve nutrient solution portions in approx. 100 ml of must, then pour into fermentation container and stir. Do not add the nutrient solution directly to the yeast inoculation.
