Description: Up for your consideration is a New Old Stock Coil Resistor that is original for 1956 and 1957 Thunderbird and all 1957 passenger cars. It also is original for the 1957 E dual quad and F supercharged models. Please view the pictures as this part retains virtually all of its original factory finish. Nothing is "mint" but this is very close. In my opinion it's worthy to add to any level of restoration, but you are the final judge. It is stamped with the all-important Ford oval and it comes in its original FoMoCo box. Note that there is no evidence of it having ever been installed. (See photos of the screw hole and the push pins.) I have had this part for many years, and the only thing I did to it was to give it a light coat of Vaseline to keep rust away.
