Shell has some scuffs on it, see pictures. Screens are okay, there are marks on the top screen and bottom, see pics. Fully tested and works as it should. Not Factory reset due to downloaded game from Nintendo Shop. No NNID password. As these units gets older there is a trend of an issue with the sealant used on the top screen. It can lose it's stickiness and let dust in. I like to make potential buyers aware of this trending issue. This is due to the shipping process having the possibility of shaking the unit and allowing dust in. This is a risk taken when purchasing used items. Thank you.
