Description: This is a rare vintage Nienhuis Montessori Europe Map Cabinet. I found a newer model online for 1,396.70 EUR ( see pic) but try finding a vintage one! The company was founded in 1929 in Holland and still makes high quality educational items. The cabinet measures 18 1/2”w, 14”d, 9”h, and weighs about 31 pounds. I don’t have an inventory list to check if everything is accounted for or not. The small boxes containing the country & city id flags are probably mixed together as some boxes are loaded & others are sparse. Anyway I don’t guarantee its completeness but the company may sell replacement parts. When I got it years ago I ordered the wooden drawer knobs to replace a missing one. The bottom section is not missing a drawer, it was originally open for additional storage. Please see pics for defects. There is what looks like a scratch on the left side but I think it may be a repaired wood split, maybe at the time of manufacture, not sure.
