They will fit the Stanley #45 - 55 or any # or maker's plane that came with the standard 3/8" rods and have clean holes This listing is for 2 short rods ( 4 1/2"s, and 2 long rods (8 1/4"s ). Rods are made of water hardened drill rod with a hardness of 241 BHN Max. I have other listings for the long rods, short rods, or they can be purchased as a single rod if you have only one missing or damaged. I can also make up custom lengths up to 3 feet if needed. This would make it possible to cut a groove in the middle of a 4' to 5'+ panel. Greatly improves the precision of your work over longer distances. Shipping costs will very on custom lengths. Jim S
