In conjunction with the town hall meetings spread throughout the world — at the Gibson Amphitheater in Los Angeles, Studio 6B at 30 Rock in New York, Philadelphia and London — staffers were given a gift consisting of three books, tickets to a Universal Studios theme park and 25 shares of Class A Comcast stock, currently worth $500. “The Big Idea Book” included tidbits on current NBC talent, including an excerpt from Jimmy Fallon’s high school yearbook where it was predicted he would one day become the host of a latenight talk show.On the first page of “The Future Is Ours” was a five-paragraph credo titled “The Gifts Are Yours” about the importance of working together and benefits that can be achieved. And “NBC Universal and Comcast: A Century in the Making” offered timelines of the company’s most important events.
