Description: A genuine NAPA ECHLIN Model 1085 Voltage Regulator Tester, like the images say. It's seen fairly gentle use and works perfectly. The only reason it's even being sold is because we have no use for it and figured someone out there probably needs one! As you can see, there's minimal signs of wear. The handle is only wrapped to prevent it from slamming down onto surfaces or damaging the regulator body itself; it's pretty hefty but not at all broken or damaged itself!
