He is on a 60mm base so is comparable in size to a Barhammer 40oz Dreadnought or Demon prince as they usually come on 60mm bases to. Not the largest version of Karak but still quite larger than his original fist ed metal version and still resembling his appearance in the Sega Genesis and SNES game as the final boss (see pic below). He's also about the same size difference to regular infantry as he is in the retro Genesis SNES game so is even closer in that regard than any other versions of him. He will proudly lead your forces of Illian templars or temple guards and bears the Iconic triangle iconography so you can tell he's the boss of those units. This Modiphius figure is a must-have for fans of the Mutant Chronicles Siege of the Citadel game.
