Insert the large shear pin into the hole of the drive rod (Notice that the length of the two ends should be consistent); Step 2. Horizontally aligns the slot on the back of the propeller with the clamping pin and puts it into the propeller; Step 3. Beat into the spiral blade and put the washer; Step 4. Use a crescent or socket wrench (Not included) to tighten the prop nut and install finished. Propeller Replacement Guides: Step 1. Disconnect the motor from the battery before changing the propeller; Step 2. Hold the propeller and loosen prop nut with pliers or wrench; Step 3. Remove prop nut and washer. If drive pin is sheared/broken, you will need to hold the shaft steady with a screwdriver blade pressed into the slot on the end of the shaft; Step 4. Turn the old prop to horizontal for preventing the drive pin from falling out, and pull it straight off. If drive pin falls out, push it back into the armature shaft; Step 5. Align new propeller with the drive pin; Step 6. Install prop washer and prop nut; Step 7. Tighten prop nut 1/4 turn past snug, [25-35 inch lbs.].
