Condition is used - this item is clean, cord is nick free and has no exposed wires, bottom pads are still nice shape, tested on my Mac Mini and it worked as it should. Includes the PS2 adapter should you need it. Includes original instruction booklet but is MISSING the CD. Box is in very good shape but does have a small tear on the front bottom right of the opening - can be seen in the images. Please view all images as this is the exact item you will receive.
