Cooked kamut kernels also make a delicious addition to salads or soups.How to cook: Presoak 1 cup Kamut in 4 cups water overnight. Drain and Rinse. Add 3 cups of water to kamut grains in a deep boil pot. Bring to a boil then lower the heat to medium and simmer partially covered for 40-50 minutes until the grains are tender.
