The ergonomic body, stainless steel frets, and built-for-speed neck design keep the Duvell's eye focused clearly on the future. Even if you're a newbie to the multi-scale and extended range world, you'll find this guitar to be very easy to play. There is a very minimal adjustment period but really, no change in technique is necessary to work with this fanned fret design. The low-B is tight, punchy, and really brings the thunder - it doesn't have any of that wobbliness that you can sometimes encounter. New for 2024, Mayones has introduced new proprietary Velvetrone pickups for their guitars alongside their venerable Velvetrone bass pickups. This Duvell features the phenomenal Ironside bridge & Solium neck 7-string set. The Ironside bridge pickup is ripping and aggressive with high output, focused midrange, and powerful highs and lows - just the way we like it! The Solium neck is smooth, warm, and rich, perfect for vocal-like lead tones and shimmering clean tones. Although we're still massive fans of the Bare Knuckle TKOs, these new pickups are just as incredible and dialed in perfectly.
