Condition - New With Tag (NWT) dress is in New excellent condition with a minor flaw of missing sequins on the front and back of the right strap and a few on the back of the left strap. It is not noticeable unless you are right up on. This is shown in photos 10-13. The dress does come with extra sequins so it would be an easy fix if you want to fix it.
