Hand painted. They are older pieces, few light scratches, but no chips, no cracks, the color is vivid and bright, no serious damages. Marked Anchor Hocking, Fire King. Great price for all 4 !! Vintage glass items sometimes have factory blemishes, such as air bubbles on the surface, off-scale/ uneven paint, rough rim edges, or white lines/ feather marks on the bottom if you hold the item up to the light.
