This set is complete, half put together and half new in original bags. 3,4,5 numbered bags are sealed and new, never opened.1 & 2 were opened and put together. Bag one was the figures, ambulance and cart. Bag two was the outer shell of floor one. The stickers were partially used. Manual instruction sheet is included. Original box is not included.It is the cutest set to add to an existing collection. In great clean new/previously played with condition. Complete retired set.
