This is the "I Support Strike at GE" from the 1950s or 1960s. This is green litho on metal and has a non locking pin on the back. This was stored for years in a box and is in nice, not mint , but a very nice condition. These are for adult collectors and should NOT be Given TO SMALL Children EVER!! These have sharp pins and small parts and are potential choking hazards. This is about ..1 inch across . I would think these are best for Display, as they are now collectors Items.
