In stock and ready to ship. Bring your offers! The 45KS was introduced in 1968 with the brand knew 4500 caliber designed by Dani Seikosha. It featured an angular case with sharp edges with a reference number 45-7000. The 4500 movement was designed as a hi-beat successor to the 4400 series of movements. It is a manual wind caliber that ticks at 36,000 beats per hour, or 10 times per second. In 1970, a new case design was released, 45-7010. It featured a more conventional oval shaped case with a brushed finish but houses the same great 4500 series movement.
