(a Friar) of the La Salle Institute and Cultural and Attaché of the Venezuelan Embassy in Spain. Brother Nectario M was a Member of Four Hispano-American Historical Academies and of two Academies in Europe and Author of a Series of Books on Historical Subjects. This 30 page pamphlet was edited and self-published by Dr. Emanuel M. Josephson, MD in 1971. Dr. Josephson was a Jewish eye doctor with a practice in New York, but was best known for for writing, self-publishing and re-printing books and pamphlets on controversial medical, current events, and historical topics. Dr. Josephson passed away around 1980+.
