Nice looking, old repairs to edge tears, still a well preserved example, some pages loosened, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive. Text on reverse of each page as always, images and maps from Harper's like this are often offered separately for display. Newspaper measures c. 16" H x 11" W. " and a full page illustration of "The Social Whirl" by J. N. Howitt and there are photos of "The Aeronautics of Bridge-Building." There is an ad for "Is Shakespeare Dead?" by Mark Twain plus much more. Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century.
