That part has some issues as noted. It could also be very easily fixed with the addition of the missing wire. What we're really here for are the outstanding graphics in a style more reminiscent of the 1930's that the 50's, which is when, I think, this was made. It is probably their earliest attempt and they caught on and modernized the look. Luckily, we have this one in magnificent color and in good shape. Is the box a bit misleading as to the actual contents? You bet it is, but who cares? It never had the headphones you see, and no giant transmission tower was ever even in the plans. But they are on the box and boy, do they look great!
