Description: Here's a vintage Italian Made ITM Quill Stem from the 1970s/80s. This one has a harder to find long 130mm. It has the nice scale on the upper part of the drive side that is helpful in determining where to position the stem. Condition is excellent used vintage. The top part is pristine as you can see in the pictures. The lower part has some insertion marks that are below the minimum insertion line and will be hidden when installed.
