This fender comes with factory primer and you will need to paint yourself. These were used on all 2003 Chief Vintage Models. This will fit on all 2002 to 2003 Chiefs. This fender is BRAND NEW and are getting harder to find. The fender comes with factory primer, but may have some storage scratches on the primer. A Great Find!.
