Description: Shipping and Insurance sent via USPS Priority Mail, or UPS or FedEx, whichever is cheaper and faster. Own a piece of "American Glass History". Price is for an ORIGINAL VINTAGE IMPERIAL GLASS CORP. "CANDLEWICK PATTERN" # 400/143C, 8 INCH ROUND CRIMPED TOP BEADED RIM FLIP FLOWER VASE. This pattern was made from 1943 until 1955, making it between 68 and 80 years old. The crystal vase is in great condition, with only very tiny scratches on its ground bottom where scratches would be expected to be found with a vase commensurate with its age, as photographed in the last picture. However, these scratches are impossible to be seen when using the vase holding flowers. The vase has a gorgeous top row of "candle wicking beads" all across the top rim, as seen in the photographs, and all of which are in tact with no damage to any of the beads. This crystal bowl comes from a bye-gone era when American manufacturing was an "art", as can be seen from the gorgeously designed pattern in the photographs. The vase actually measures about 8 inches high and is 7 Inches at its widest, and sits on a 3 1/2 Inch round diameter ground bottom. It is truly beautiful and elegant, and was purchased from an old estate sale on Long Island. As I have already mentioned, it was pre-owned, and has no scratches except on its base, as would be expected to be found in a bowl this old. I found it sitting in the center of a long dining room table, where it seemed to have sat there for many years and was hardly used, because there are so few scratches on it. I have been collecting unusual vintage objects for many years, and always try to describe the items as best as I can. I don't see any chips, fleabites, cracks, stains, cloudiness, or repairs anywhere, except the scratches already noted above. It comes from a smoke-free home. I only accept PayPal, and never charge extra for packaging and handling. Shipping and Insurance sent via USPS Priority Mail, or UPS or FedEx, whichever is cheaper and faster costs $16.85. Payment is expected within 3 days, after which I will immediately ship out the Crystal Vase out as soon as payment is verified by eBay. Buyer may be subject to sales tax which is collected by eBay, and not given to me at all. If payment is not received within 5 days, the Crystal Vase will be relisted. Returns will be arranged only if I have shipped the wrong item, or if I have misrepresented the item or its condition. If you need more pictures or further details, please feel free to contact me. You must be happy with you purchase. Please ask all questions, and contact me with any issues before bidding, because your bid is a contract. Please know that we can work together. I really would like a 5-star feedback from you. Buy with absolute confidence from a seller with 100% Positive Feedback for many years. Thanks for looking at my auction, and "good luck".
