While this can be used indoors or outdoors we used it indoors as a lighted wall hanger. Therefore, there is no sunlight fade on the multicolor reindeer from being in the window. No chips, cracks, rips, tears, etc. In excellent++ condition as the photos will attest. All bulbs work fine. The factory suction cup for mounting in a window is still attached. Measures 12.5” wide (from widest point left to widest point right) x 16.5 tall x 2” wide (deep). Power cord measures 29.5” long. Sizes are approximate. From a smoke free pet free home.
