This is a hard to find outfit with the correct hat and very hard to find Organdy stole with attached flowers. The stole is a little yellow, but in very nice crisp condition otherwise the hat and dress are also in nice stiff condition. You can see the Madame Alexander Cissy tag is nice and crisp. But a little frayed. Other than everything I've said it seems to be in excellent condition. The blue is very vibrant. Madame Alexander catalog number #2146 Navy taffeta dress has a dropped waist, cap sleeve and popular gathered neck line. Dress is seen often, hat and stole are HTF I accept PayPal payments.
