The box has some noticeable wear, dents, scuffs, and a small punctured/torn spot on the front (see photos). The manual has some noticeable wear, creases, and some minor stains. I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and tested it in my Super Nintendo, playing it for about 45 minutes. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever.
