Description: RARE Franz Xaver Bergman(n) (Nam Greb)-Signed Gilt & Cold-Painted Vienna Bronze 'Gondola' C. 1900 Signed 'Nam Greb' (Bergman) spelled backwards, which Bergman used as his signature on many occasions. This is a very impressive piece measuring 7 3/4" long, 5 3/4" high, 3 1/4" wide. It sits on a white marble base (there is a chip on one corner of base...see last photograph) This is a very RARE piece. Very few of these were made and they are highly sought by collectors. This piece is in very nice condition...unfortunately the gold gilt erotic 'loving couple' that is meant to be lying in gondola have been misplaced. I have seen a one or two of them available online over the years so they can probably be found with a little luck and a great deal of patience. Should I locate them as I sort through my mothers estate, I will send them free of charge to the buyer, but it could be many months or even a year down the line as I have thousands of items to sort through.
