Distributed by Seagull Decor. Item # FZ00576. I believe this was made in the early 2000s. There is a tiny chip on the rim, as shown in the last three photos from different angles. There is some residue on the inside of the bottom from holding water and flowers, as shown in the fourth-to-last photo. The rest of the vase is in great pre-owned condition.
