Description: These five antique Halloween party hats all have fringed tassels on their tops and trim on their lower edges. They vary in condition. Some have light stains, small holes and are missing trim. Overall they look wonderful and display very nicely. Please see photos for details. Each hat measures approximately 12" from bottom edge to tip of tassel. They were made circa the 1930s / 1940s. Returns accepted up to 14 days, buyer pays return shipping.
