And straight-line stability is achieved because the upper arms have caster built into them.Even if the springs have been removed, cut or re-positioned, the arm inserts will rotate to accept the ends of the coil springs.The control arms feature stainless steel cross shafts which incorporate aluminum bushings adjust caster by moving the upper control arm fore/aft for more or less caster without adding alignment shims. Also they utilize greasable bushings which make for increased stiffness over stock to provide more consistent and precise handling. The tubular lower control arms feature additional positive caster and a dropped spring pocket (about 2" lower) compared to stock. The Polyurethane inserts on the lower arms will help isolate suspension noise by locating the coil springs correctly.Ball joints are a perfect fit in stock spindles.If you are working on a restoration, race car or hot rod, these arms are the perfect fit to increase your handling and stability.
