They do not look used. They have not been cleaned since purchased. The lapis blue cup has some manufacturer indents with the gloss looking like a chip on one side. The inside of the red Scarlet color has 2 brown dots that also look like a manufacturer defect. They are a perfect set for the 4th of July or summer. They all stand about 5.25" tall and the tops are about 4" wide. The bottom rings look good. The handles look nice. These do not come with original packaging.
