The previous owner graduate of ESP Guitar Craft Academy and have some knowledge about maintenance. This is a thin solid body electric-acoustic guitar. Probably this type of electric-acoustic guitar from Greg Bennett is quite rare. There are some dents and marks, but overall, probably it's beautiful. It's so shiny that it's hard to take photos. It is strung with Martin Extra-Light (10-47) strings, making it very easy to play. It doesn't produce as loud of a sound as an acoustic guitar, and the playing feel is closer to an electric guitar, making it recommended for beginners. Of course, there are no issues with sound output from the amp or equalizer. Please inspect pictures for condition reference.
