The Ring is sized for Medium & Large dogs and measures approximately 5.25" in diameter and 1.75" thick. It is a chew toy that will hold up to the hardiest of chewers. The Ring also floats (except for the Black 50 version) in case you want to play fetch in the water. It is available in three material options: Green, Yellow or Orange (Regular Chewers) Black (Heavy Chewers) Black 50 with yellow dot (Extreme Chewers) The 2-layer rubber technology helps ensure your dog's safety - the outer colored layer (green, yellow, orange or black) and a Red inner core. If the outer rubber layer is ever breached and the red inner core indicator color becomes visible, the toy should be removed and sent back to GoughNuts for a free replacement product. Made in the USA (California) Manufacturer Guarantee Information: If the stick becomes damaged and you can see the red center indicator matrial, take the toy away and send it back to Goughnuts (217 Lois Ave. Modesto, CA 95350) along with $7.20 for return postage and they will send you out a replacement product. You may also upgrade to the next stronger material product (e.g, exchange a Green stick for a Black or Black 50) or a different size (e.g, exchange a Green Stick for the Maxx Stick) for an additional cost. Please contact us for additional details about the Manufacturer's replacement Guarantee process and options. Note: All Guarantee replacements must be handled through the manufacturer. Purchases made Friday/Saturday/Sunday are shipped the next business day after receiving payment. For items that are listed with Free Shipping, the Free Standard shipping is via USPS Parcel Post, USPS 1st Class mail or Fedex SmartPost at our discretion. Buyer may upgrade to Priority Mail or Express Mail for an additional charge. International Customers: We ship within 3 days of receiving payment. The default and most economical International shipping option is USPS International 1st Class mail. USPS International 1st class mail may take 6-8 weeks for delivery due to transit & customs delays. Buyer may upgrade to USPS International Priority or Express Mail if a faster delivery option is required. International Insurance: International shipments are insured with ShipSaver Insurance against loss or damage during transit. Claims for damaged parcels can be made at time of delivery/discovery of damage. Claims for lost parcels must wait 45 calendar days from shipment date. Buyer with a loss or damage claim will need to contact us and fill out an online insurance form verifying claim information. Once claim has been processed, we can provide you with a replacement or refund. Import Duties: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Terms of Sale Unless otherwise noted in the listing, we accept returns within 30 days of original receipt by the customer. Return postage is the responsibility of the Buyer. Returns must be in new, unusued and as-shipped condition and are subject to a restocking fee which is used to offset the free outbound shipping offered. For any returns or exchanges, please use eBay's merchandise return process. Once we receive your return we will issue a credit for your original purchase price minus the restocking fee or will ship out your replacement or exchange.
