Usually I charge a flat rate that is less than I pay for shipping but on larger items I use calculated shipping. I usually purchase my shipping label as soon as item is purchased which will show the item as shipped. This does not mean I have dropped the package off at the post office but rest assured I will get it there within the alotted time or you will be contacted. The USPS has been terrible lately and has shown items that I dropped off same or next day as "waiting for item" then one day they just magically appear as delivered. I have stopped dropping packages off and now wait and watch them scan packages in front of me. Hopefully this will prevent this from happening but be aware that once I drop a package off I have no control what happens to it after that. Always reach out to me, you will get your money back if they lose the package because all shipments are insured up to 100 dollars by USPS. I always try to ship the same day as the order is placed and no later than next business day unless it's later in the day or on the weekend.
