Description: This is one of three incredible highly detailed handmade dolls I have for sale, all signed Halwas on the bottom foot with a date from the early 80's. Despite the high quality, I can't find any other info about the artist. The stand is only included with the doll of the woman. Each one has a detailed apple head and apple hands. This old woman is 11" tall, but would be about 14" tall if the body were standing and not hunched over. She has a wood stick staff and has a bundle of sticks with leather binding on her back. The sticks are loose, and fall out when the doll is moved around. They can easily be put back in. It comes with a brass stand to help hold her up. She has two handmade beaded necklaces and leather moccasins. The bottom of a foot is signed and dated 83. It has overall minor flaws, plus the hand on the stick was broken at some point and glued back.
