The Chocolate Shoppe Particulars: Paneled roof between first and second story extends to shop signs. Building over Shoppe rises three stories plus attic. Above Brown Brothers Bookstore is one short story plus attic. Stone facade has heart panels at base while bookstore has sign and canopy over window. Individual pieces may vary in color. The earlier pieces are dark, later ones are lighter. The roof of the attached bookstore is most often not level.This is in like new condition.
