Front free endpaper has a previous owner name and address written in pen ink. Slight wrinkle to some of the top page corners starting at Page 215. Some light staining on a few pages. A typewritten letter from December 20, 1969 included at back of book. It came with the book, leaving it there. Seems to be a yearly update from someone named Greg and Maia to their friends. Binding on book tight and square.
