Description: Custom Portrait commissions, true art from your photo. Send me your photo and I will create for you an original and very special work of art. The portrait will be mounted on archival bevel cut mount and backed with card and ready to pop into a standard size frame or hung on the wall as is. The standard size of the mount will be 40 cm x 30 cm. The standard colour of the mount is off white, but other colours are available. To get started, send me the photo and I'll confirm price and delivery. All I need then is an OK from you and I will draw the portrait. When it's complete I will send you a photo of it and then, if you are completely happy, you can pay. I'll then post to you with no additional costs. My portraits are more than simple likenesses. My portraits capture the character and essence of my subjects. My aim is to capture the subtle nuances and emotions beyond mere physical likeness. My approach, unlike a normal portrait, which often emphasises outward appearance, my studies explore the inner workings, providing a glimpse into the subject’s inner self. The result is a portrait that will engage the viewer and afford them a deeper appreciation of the subject’s character. In addition to pencil, I also work in charcoal, oil pastel, Conte' Crayon. Happy to work to other sizes and with additional subjects and family groups. My pet portraits are very popular too! I also do figurative work and life studies.
