Description: This is a charming small boxed set of four miniature books, each in its own dust jack. The Library books by Maurice Sendak (Where the Wild Things Are) are: One Was Johnny, Alligators All Around, Chicken Soup With Rice, and Pierre. The boxed set measures 4" by 2 3/4" by 1 1/2" and is in very good vintage condition with a stain on the cover of One Was Johnny as well as damage to pages of the same book and light wear to corners of slipcase. I have tried to include as many pictures from all angles. Pages of books are tight and clean. The issue here is that the Christmas slipcase (1963) contains books from a different slipcase (1962).
