This "GE" bowl is a revival piece from the Qing dynasty as indicated by the applied iron enamel on the footrim which recreates the oxidised appearance of the unglazed parts of Song pieces. Although a "reproduction" of a mediæval type, it is guaranteed to be several hundred years old.
