A great garlic all around. Excellent for roasting! Perfect for all the holiday meals this season. These bulbs were grown in Central Utah. We are not certified organic, but we do use the same practices. No use of pesticides or herbicides. We do use cover crops for fertilizer and pest management...and a lot of care! Storage is a few months if stored in optimal conditions.
