This complete kit is pretty easy to install but does require tapping and installing an access port into your aluminum intake manifold using the supplied brass fitting. Then all you have to do is swap your secondary charge tube for the new silicon unit, choose your configuration 1) hidden and mounted underneath the intercooler 2) in the open through a hold in your side intercooler cover. This Turbosmart valve will come pre-adjusted but may need some simple fine tuning with the easy to adjust knob at the top of the blow off valve. The valve can be shielded from mud and debris or mounted out in the open for maximum affect. Although this kit is pictured in 'horn' outlet configuration the Turbosmart valve includes a hose nipple which can replace the horn and be used to attach a hose so the boost pressure can be vented anywhere you'd like.
