Window cards are typically printed on card stock and placed either outside the entrance or in the lobby of a theatre, to advertise a show. This single sheet window card is printed on shiny thin card stock, and is for George Bernard Shaw's "Caesar and Cleopatra", featuring the Original Broadway Cast of Rex Harrison, Elizabeth Ashley, Paul Hecht, Patrick Hines, Thom Christopher, James Valentine and Novella Nelson, and playing in pre-Broadway tryouts, at the Opera House, at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, in Washington, D.C., in 1977. The souvenir window card is in great, vintage condition, with no rips, tears, writing or damage, and minimal soiling and wear. However, there is a diagonal crease at the bottom left corner of the window card.
