Description: For sale, an EARLY & TOUGHER TO FIND , SHOWS TOUGHER MERCHANT IN MY COPY OF PINCOCK LISTING old "good for" style trade token which actually is "GOOD FOR 12 1/2C IN MERCHANDISE " at a merchant business called " BEN ROSS (CIGAR STAND, TOBACCO)", which was located in old downtown of MOUNTAIN HOME, IDAHO NICE EARLY TOKEN…. AND IN GREAT SHAPE, NATURAL UNCLEANED PATINA This is a neat old token, and believe a tougher to find merchant variety. Came out of a collection of Idaho trade tokens, beautiful specimen, never in the ground The town of Mountain Home is located in Elmore County Idaho. This is a token I know very little about. I do not own the latest Idaho book which many collectors use.but shows higher rarity the book i have Trade token is brass metal, round, about 21mm in diameter ,and it displays very nicely. (please see pictures in gallery) a great looking specimen. Has not been cleaned, natural patina. HARD TO IMAGINE FINDING A NICER SPECIMEN Gallery pictures should give you all the information you need.
