Description: Welcome to our listing for this 2024 Bremont Argonaut 42mm HMAF Ref: BZ-SAR-R-S This Argonaut was purchased new, here in the UK earlier this year in January. It is a complete set with all relevant paperwork & is presented in very nice condition, showing only minor signs of wear. The crystal is free from any marks & the watch functions exactly as it should. This example has the Navy Blue - 'Sargasso' dial with some fantastic lume to compliment it! This Bremont has some lovely, natural wear/ageing to it already. With the case being made from "CuSn8" Bronze, which is considered a Marine metal, over time it will continue to develop a unique patina. The 'Armed Forces Collection' (Argonaut / Broadsword range) is Bremont's take on a modern day "Dirty Dozen" 3 hand watch, issued during WW2 to allied soldiers. The simple design cues back then some 80 odd years ago are visible on the range today, from the cushion case & tapered crown to the simple military-esque three hand face. Bremont are the official partner of the MOD & the whole range is a fantastic nod to the UK's Armed Forces, with the Argonaut having a Naval spin on the design.
