The bosal is a rawhide core (no metal inner frame) and is 5/8” diameter and 2” circumference at the cheeks. The soft black Mecate rein is a soft pliable stiffness nylon Mecate measuring approximately 22’ long and tied onto the bosal in the traditional manner creating a rein and lead line. Small leather popper at the lead end. The headstall is a harness leather with black leather lacing on the browband and cheeks. Browband style.
