This piece is factory sealed but I do want to mention that because it was an estate find it was in some type of storage for a very long time. As you see it. There are some light tears on the corners and there is also is some dirt or I'm not sure what underneath the cellophane but you can see it very clearly in the pictures. There are a few areas on the outside of the top that have a few tears and the cellophane, but I would say 98% is factory sealed. Please see all photos. If you have any questions please ask.
