The outside is probably vinyl has a zippered pocket with a heart shaped charm dangling from the zipper. The inside has a zippered pocket on one side and on the other, it has plastic pockets to see easier. The tote closes with a snap closure. The tote measures about 13"H x 23"W and the bottom expands to 4 1/2" wide. There are also five studs on the bottom.
