Ball Pocket Watch RR Official Standard GF 19 Jewel, runs, 1909

Description: sale is for Ball gold filled railroad pocketwatch, 19 jewels, date on plates is nov 17,96. serial # on plate is 3234923 dates watch to 1909. runs great but a little fast about 3 minutes in 3 days. lever set. watch dial is cracked from center to 12 [see photos] watch crystal is not attached to bezel and i don't have the ability to mount it. i removed and replaced bezel [screw on] to set time but replacing bezel without crystal is difficult and i was afraid i would distort bezel if i removed it again. screw back is engraved with eagle and shield motif. case shows brassing. the diameter of the case is roughly 1.940" I think that makes it a #23 size. not sure how to measure a watch but i included a photo of caliper and watch.
