Description: Shipping Internationally with the Global Shipping Program by USPS Priority Mail 1912 Russian Imperial Air Force Committee Jetton. In various years up to and including World War I, private funds were solicited for the benefit of the Air Force. This Russian Imperial Jetton was instituted on February 3,1912 with the inscription: "IMPERIAL SPECIAL COMMITTEE FOR THE STRENGTHENING OF THE AIR FORCE". This jetton in silver and pale blue enamel, and marked with Russian Imperial silver 84 standard, and maker in cyrillic "VA". Size: 30.5 x 22.6mm. Condition: slight enamel damage to the scroll. Reverse is hallmarked for silver content 84, and Cyrillic initial maker mark, blurry. This silver jetton has worn details, and overall in good condition.
